So grateful to see the reports on Pat's progress. Anna, kept making them dance to your tune over there, and don't let them kick Pat out until she's good and ready to go. How often does she get to put her feet up and let other people fetch her popcicles? Do Chuck and Claire need anything?
Guten Morgen! Wie geht's? I vas tinken dat du ver needen to eckserzize yer brainzen vid sum German. Wir hopen das du not too much verdopen druggen getaken haben!!
Don't everyone panic - if she knows what I'm talking about, it's a good sign - and I really do speak German - but she took the language to a new level when we were back in college!
It's 11:30am Thursday - several visitors, presents and flowers. She's not feeling pain, but a little dizzy. She had a nice omelette for breakfast, and the next step will be sitting on the edge of the bed in a bit.

Sitting on the edge of the bed...been there, done that...I'd say stay in bed. However, if Pat is dizzy one foot on the floor and the rest of your body on the bed is the way to go.
She's sitting in a chair after a little walk into the hall with the nurse. She's groggy but not really dizzy anymore. Her color is really good, blood pressure is normal, and she seems to have an appetite - no nausea or anything.
• Married to Chuck McCabe; stepmom of Claire McCabe. Owner/mom of Casey-the-dog, whose photo appears in numerous places throughout this site. Ann counted; there are more of Casey than there are of Claire. Tip o' the hat, Ann.
• Currently attempting to keep my blog up to date. Facebook is fun but it doesn't give me the room to stretch.

Leg warmers are these on the gift registry at Chico's/Soma. Do they match PJ's
Thanks for all the updates. Kelley

Love and best wishes
It was a long day, but I think Chuck and Claire are OK. They'll be here for breakfast soon...

Love ya - Gerda!
Hey, how is everyone this morning? We've gotten used to reports...we worry when we don't hear anything....

Gerda, she loved the German brain teaser!

We'll be sure she keeps resting.
